John R. Morales CPA, CGMA

John served for over eight years as the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Director of the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County.

He served in Cook County Government for nearly 14 years, six of those years as the CFO for the Clerk of the Circuit and as Cook County Comptroller.

Throughout his 37-year career, John has worked in professional and senior
executive level positions with the organizations of Ernst & Young, LLP, American National Can Company, Square D Company, Follett Corporation, and Swingline Office Products.

John retired from public service with Cook County in 2015, and is now furthering his career with new
professional experiences, which will provide him with the opportunity to continue to learn, grow and contribute.

He is a 37-year resident of Orland Park where he resides with his wife.

Kent Jasperson, CPA

Kent is a seasoned controller with over 30 years experience overseeing assets exceeding $25 million and annual revenues exceeding $25 million.

During his career Kent has managed the full range of financial activities for KUTV, Inc. and its 5 subsidiaries.
